Lloyd leads the development, deployment and management of the strategic Quality Assurance agenda for Alcoa Inc. globally. Previously, Lloyd had a 13-year career with Honeywell Engines & Systems in the functional capacity of Director, Supplier Quality Assurance and several other quality assurance and operations management positions, including accountability for the Production Engine and Component Test operations. He resides in Danbury Connecticut with his wife and two sons and serves in his community as a Trustee for The Hord Foundation.

A native of Connecticut, Michael Marcus continues to operate his family business, Marcus Dairy, Inc., a milk and dairy product home-delivery service serving customers in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Mr. Marcus serves on various nonprofit boards and is currently the President of the Board of Directors for The Land Trust of Danbury and the Vice President of the ARC Board of Directors.
Gail H. Matthews practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning. Throughout her career, Ms. Matthews has lectured frequently in the area of estate planning. Founder and President of Mulvaney Mechanical, a full range mechanical contracting company, George has served on several non-profit Boards, including Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut and Ability Beyond Disability. In 2007 he was the recipient of the Robert S. Young Humanitarian Award.
