Lloyd previously led the development, deployment and management of the strategic Quality Assurance agenda for Alcoa Inc. globally. He splits his time between Austin Texas and Danbury Connecticut with his wife and two sons and serves in his community as a Trustee for The Hord Foundation.

In 1988, Noel and his late wife Cora, a Danbury , Connecticut couple, wanted to give back to the community. They wanted their gift to be special and to have significant meaning. Because education had played a key role in their success, the Hords decided to provide scholarships for the education of deserving and disadvantaged youth.

A native of Connecticut, Michael Marcus continues to operate his family business, Marcus Dairy, Inc., a milk and dairy product home-delivery service serving customers in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Mr. Marcus serves on various nonprofit boards and is currently the President of the Board of Directors for The Land Trust of Danbury and the Vice President of the ARC Board of Directors.
