  • Branding – work with clients to ensure that they are creating a consistent and integral corporate identity for their non-profit organization and the mission they seek to fill
  • Strategic Marketing – develop an actionable plan to drive referrals, employees and financial support to your organization
  • Communication Audits and Assessments – evaluate the organization’s current communications and outreach strategies to assess the effectiveness and provide gap analysis
  • Communications Plans – develop a communications mix that will achieve organizational objectives and help achieve mission impact
  • Public Relations — position non-profit organizations positively and
    effectively in appropriate media outlets, i.e., print, radio, television and social media
  • Advocacy – advise clients as to the best approach and communication strategies to effectively advocate on behalf of their cause
  • Social Media – direct organizations to use social media effectively and within the resources available to reach as many constituents as possible with clear and consistent messages
  • Community Awareness – strategically guiding clients on outreach to their various constituencies to effectively achieve one or more of the following objectives: drive business, promote advocacy or build philanthropic support. Social media, e-communications and traditional communication modalities will be included in the mix
  • Message Development and Public Speaking – coaching clients on presenting to various audiences, including media, donors, legislators and other constituents to ensure that key messages are being communicated and the organization is achieving maximum positioning benefit
  •  Effective Writing – writing, preparing and editing copy for various collateral communication pieces, including, but not limited to, direct mail appeals, annual reports, specialty brochures, etc
  • Developing Your “Case” for Support – create a compelling document for stakeholders that communicates your vision, your strategies for success and the outcomes you will achieve
